1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using begoatcustom.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All controllers are custom-built to order. Because each unit is assembled specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to display calibration and material batches.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include standard shipping within the continental United States. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay — we will never charge more after your order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Custom controllers typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Warranty

• •Defects: If your controller arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days for a free repair or replacement.
• •Warranty: All controllers include a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects and mod failures under normal use.
• •No Returns on Custom: Because each controller is custom-built, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Pre-configured "Quick Pick" controllers may be returned unopened within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, 3D models, and design elements — is the property of CustomCtrl and may not be reproduced without permission. PlayStation, PS5, PS4, DualSense, and DualShock are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustomCtrl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
